Pros
The site I work at is union so the pay is ok, the benefits are good, the work schedule is good (swing shift, 7a to 7p or 7p to 7a alternating every 2 weeks, 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2on 3 off )
Cons
The management leaves much to be desired. Most of the management at my site have never worked the processes that they manage. This creates many problems, leads to many missed opportunities , and really keeps the site from being as successful as it could be.
