Pros

As a full time student, they were very flexible with my schedule changing each semester. Very supportive work environment, where everyone is encouraged to share new ideas, ask questions, and learn more about any area of interest. They work hard to foster a positive team environment by celebrating wins together and helping each other.

Cons

No place is perfect, but there aren't any obvious cons. I loved working there!

Pros

Flexible schedule and range of work - no day is the same! There’s a lot of cross-training and putting you on projects that match your skills and interests. Everyone is very kind, so it’s a lovely work environment. The hiring and candidacy process did feel a bit tedious at times, but it also gave me a clear picture of the work, the company, and the culture. I feel as though more companies should move in that direction.

Cons

Other than it being a 30 minute commute for me personally, not much to complain about!

Pros

Stephen Ministries cared about my professional development and gave me the opportunity to develop skills in many different areas.

Cons

Stephen Ministries has a very particular culture and would not be a good fit for everybody. Luckily, their hiring process includes a candidacy and is designed to ensure that anyone hired is a good cultural fit.
