      Pros

      The engineering team is excellent and willing to help when needed. There's some flexibility in the hours, and the company works hard to provide a work/life balance.

      Cons

      This isn't really a con, but you need to be willing to work.

      Pros

      Stephens provided all required equipment, training, and a company truck. They scheduled inspections and the office staff were very quick to respond to any and all issues or challenges to completing inspections.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the schedule wasn't available until the week of or the week prior to the upcoming inspections. Lots of travel required and you have to stay on top of reports daily. Nature of the work.

      You get to stay at really nice roach motels :)

      Long hours, impossible reports, endless amounts of driving.

      While reviews are welcomed and appreciated, this review couldn't be less accurate. We strive to go out of our way to book engineer overnight stays in reputable hotel establishments. Hours, report writing, and drive time are discussed in length during the hiring process. At times, market demand may dictate work load. However, we continue to make work-life balance a top priority at Stephens.
