      Pros

      The community at Steppingstone is very safe and inclusive; it's a great place to learn and grow. It's a great place to start your career, receive mentorship, learn about project management, and be surrounded by caring colleagues from management to entry level peers.

      Too many meetings. Decisions are very slow.

      Pros

      There are not many benefits to working at this company, the only pro is you make some friends with the other employees

      Cons

      They claim to help kids with college but they do not. All they do is give children an extra workload on top of schoolwork. You have to basically take care of kids, which I might as well spent the time I wasted on this babysitting, I would have gotten better pay anyways.
