      1. It’s very rewarding to know that you’re helping individuals who need it and really making a difference in their journey 2. I work with some great people

      1. Upper management do not care about you, your safety, or your needs 2. Low wages in comparison to other companies who serve the same population. 3. Your direct supervisor can harass you without consequences

      Awesome staff and we'll maintained property. Good location for a program agency in the middle of Fall River.

      I don't really have to much to complain about... Some people may say they don't pay enough, but it's average for the field
