Great work environment, good line of communication with the top management, an excellent learning place for one to grow if they have the hunger for it, a good paymaster.
Cons
Nepotism, some immature decisions made by the management based on emotions & hearsay rather than logic.
Micro management, without solutions and proving any clear strategy. Very sloppy recruiting. Clients were frustrated on a daily basis with a high volume of unqualified candidates.
No benefits, paid vacations or growth potential.
