      Sterling Management has a good office culture. They promote themselves well and treat their staff fairly.

      Cons

      It's tough to get time off and the job can be stressful at time.

      Pros

      My co-workers know what they are doing and things run smoothly and if there is a snag it gets worked out quickly.

      Cons

      They expect you to get results so if you are not results oriented you are going to have a rough time. They expect you to act and be a professional in all you do, so again if you are lazy this is not the place to be.

      The job was great until new Management took over.

      Pros

      I quit the micro managing culture. I got away after she set up the cameras to watch when employees went to the bathroom.

      Cons

      New management micro managed, vague directions that needed deciphering, old ideas, and trust issues. She fired the one person that kept the place running great. You are on call 24/7/365. New manager didn't do anything, and left the work for everyone else.
