Dysfunctional Organization

Pros

Like any organization with a negative reputation, there are still some incredibly talented individuals working with this company, and it's their efforts that would make employment there somewhat worthwhile.

Cons

The leadership is as far from invested and supportive as possible; opportunities for professional development are nil; promotions are regularly frozen and raises are biased toward male employees; prepare to be undervalued.

Pros

Great group of people dedicated to selling quality books.

Cons

Should invest in updating technology to better perform sales analyses and get information out to accounts in an efficient and timely manner.
