I'm just writing this review because I happened to see your company car and noticed a new face driving it.

Cons

Too many to count but a few would be cycling staff, poor communication, lackluster service to contracted clients and terrible onboarding process built around admonishment of failure instead of training for success.

Because it is small, Sterling is nimble and change is more easily implemented.

Cons

Sterling on average, churns more than a third of their employees per year. ~75% of those were fired. Compliance and integrity are mere talking points. As a result, most everyone hangs in the balance waiting on their walking papers.
