Some people mostly the old timers are very knowledgeable and helpful . The 1 year I lasted met some good and positive people.

Management in all levels lack empathy. High turnover and people that stay are stressed beyond measure. Company culture is very forced and if you are not part of the favorites you will not last. No formal training and guidelines .
