Lack of staff/Turn over. I know we’re hiring constantly but some people just are not cut out to work in healthcare and that’s okay. Most people end up quitting within the first 2-3 weeks because they cannot perform basic duties and I would understand the feeling of being a constant failure is too disappointing?
Lack of management but I know the company is working on it daily.
Lack of work ethic; seems like some people come to work just for a check which imo are not the best people to work with especially in a customer service/healthcare role.
Seems like most employees gossip instead of doing their job. Hence this thread.
The owner gets a bad wrap because he’s direct and has high standards. Unfortunately, one bad impression can have a lasting impact. They say it takes 8 positive encounters to get on an even keel for one negative encounter. Kind of interesting to think about.
