One week off from Christmas to New Year's

Cons

Micromanagement and no trust. They like to put employees against each other. Put 2 people in the position of "HR" only for the reason they run to management to tell on other employees. Management doesn't trust the employees and spends the majority of time micromanaging all the way down to grammar. Management also likes to abuse their employees and likes to remind how lucky they are to have a job. Paranoia runs rampant

Cons

Expect 90 hour work weeks with out compensation after 40 hours Turn over rate is very high Employees not happy and are disgruntled No leadership skills in management Finger pointing is excessive At interview and offer of job will try to get you down in salary Organizational capabilities are non-existent

One week off from Christmas to New Year's. 401K and basic family and religious leave. Directly managed and reported to your employer. Work on some big NYC construction projects.

Cons

Micromanagement. Terrible company culture. Co-workers gossip with each other. Male co-workers discuss adult movies during lunch break in front of other female co-workes.
