      Great flexibility, work/ life balance, ability to do some remote days, diverse and interesting projects to work on, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive for the area, but may be a little lower than at a firm in a larger metropolitan area.

      Great Variety, Community oriented projects

      Pros

      Really great company values and they work on meaningful community oriented projects. As an integrated firm with Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects, and in house Developers you are exposed to all aspects of the projects and work hand in hand with the other professions. The project types vary widely, from new commercial buildings, to redeveloping historic downtown buildings, to smaller scale residential jobs.

      Cons

      The wages are really good for this area but may not be very competitive with a company from a more urban area.
