      OCCASIONALLY people in this field can be friendly and have your back.

      Cons

      Dog eat dog world. No assistance from management from ANY department. No one wants YOU to succeed, as long as they get their money.

      Pros

      With Stevenson Automotive Group there is good earning potential. Other than that there isn't much good to be said.

      Cons

      With Stevenson Automotive Group there is good earning potential, but you will pay for it. Upper management doesn't care about the employees health or family life. Just the number of units being moved. I've seen employees be praised for their performance one day and let go the next for needing to take a child to the doctor. They are crooked from the top down. They are stuck in the 80's with their good old boy mentality and misleading advertising. They prey on the uninformed.
