      Good if you enjoy picking up overtime shifts. Shift premiums.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Health and safety concerns not addressed. External candidates given jobs when many qualified internal candidates. Terrible morale.

      Good starting ground for new nurses, day day night night for full time

      Cons

      Majority of new staff is new grads. You will be responsible for additional responsibilities not customarily placed on a nurse, staffing issues, lack resources available.
