      Pros

      Good benefits Nice campus Students are generally friendly

      Cons

      Unfair hiring practices where some are given easier way to promotion than others. They like to preach diversity and inclusion but it’s a smoke screen. Poor leadership that results in toxic work culture and gaslighting They prioritize their casual PT employees over FT employees, making it hard to work remotely for FT employees but no so much for PT employees

      Pros

      Great benefits, nice parties (with lots of nice door prizes), good parking on the Owings Mills campus

      Cons

      NO cell coverage and limited WiFi on the Greenspring Campus. Money hungry…They don't care about the students or people, only numbers. They are not very supportive to ALL employees. Everyone seemed to be nice and friendly when I first started, but then I noticed that came to an end when I was no longer the new person. As a whole, the university tries to do things to boost the morale. However, there is a lot of separation amongst the new employees and those who have been there for years when it was a smaller institution.

      Pros

      Great benefits and a Wellness Program that includes fitness, healthy food demonstrations, and free flu shots.

      Cons

      Benefits do not include tuition remission for graduate degrees. This benefit is only available to certain people. Most executive level employees are unfriendly and look down upon employees. Many times, they don't even speak. Used to have a community feel but has changed tremendously. Too top heavy!
