Higher ups seems to not care for current customers however is insisting on cold calling window fitters who buy elsewhere to get them on board.

Good work life balance due to the hours.

Cons

Very little support or structure. Our branch was essentially left to its own devices upon opening. Almost two years later it was closed due to administration.
