Pros

The benefits package from EBSCO Industries is good.

Cons

EBSCO Industries has a list of company values and employees are at the bottom of the list...and this is true at Stewart Signs. Nearly half of their employees have either quit or been fired/laid off over the past 6 months. Over half of their customers receive signs that don't work when installed that then require their overwhelmed customer support department to fix....often taking months to fully respond. This was once a great company. Not so much now, revenue is down dramatically and many of the employees that are still there are wondering if they'll be fired next. Opportunities to move inside EBSCO Industries....not so much. Opportunities within Stewart Signs? All managers hired in the past few years have been non-Stewart employees. Which means no opportunity for advancement.
