      Honestly, I can’t think of any.

      Pathetic management and total lack of communication. Complete disregard for freelancers’ time or effort. Onboarding process is a joke; nobody responds. Hired me as a freelance copywriter, but for two months I received zero work. Emails went unanswered repeatedly, giving false hope. No structure, no guidance, no common sense—just wasted time. Even after resigning, their response was delayed and meaningless.
