Pros

Supportive work environment – Team members were approachable and willing to help whenever needed. Collaboration across teams made day-to-day work smoother. Learning opportunities – Got exposure to new technologies and responsibilities, which helped in improving technical and problem-solving skills. Work-life balance – The workload was generally manageable, and there was flexibility when personal situations needed attention. Good team culture – People maintained a professional yet friendly environment, making it comfortable to work and communicate openly.

Cons

On the improvement side, some processes could be more streamlined, and at times communication between teams could be better. Growth opportunities may also vary depending on the project, but overall it was a positive experience.
