-Staffing was always inadequate likely due to ridiculously low pay--even for high schoolers.
- Communication was always an issue
- people randomly quit throughout the summer which caused a lot of stress on all levels of management and all staff in general
The management is extremely kind, respectful, helpful, and even thoughtful. Depending on your job you meet a great deal of nice people. At the end of the summer, all employees were given gift cards to a local restaurant as a way of saying thanks. Also, hourly wage is increased for each year spent working there. Flexible, understanding management. Overall, a very positive experience.
Cons
Sometimes you do have to work with difficult members. This is a matter of whether or not you can handle confrontation. Also, the pay, while slightly above minimum wage, is average.
