Gas reimbursement, somewhat flexible hours

Cons

Management is the worst I’ve ever experienced from direct supervisor to owner of company. No communication, they will happily let you deal with the consequences of their poor management. Excessive workload. Managers talk about other employees behind their back and cause drama. It could be a great job, but because of who is running it, it is miserable.
