      Pros

      The owners Charley and Nancy are wonderful people. Genuinely care about the average employee and go out of their way to interact with the rank and file and are extremely charitable people.

      Cons

      Low pay, stinker never pays for market rate unless you are an executive. The company prioritizes executive pay, conferences, and golf vacations over employee training, continued education and morale. The Culture is extremely toxic and if you aren’t well liked you will be shown the door. The company has a history of firing people who are on vacation and posting their jobs online before notice is given to the employee. Financially the company is struggling and long term outlook is not good as they face tough competition from much bigger players.
