      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Board is top heavy and cares only about their wallet. HR a HOT mess, no one knows what is going on and doesn't care to find out. Morale what morale? Felt like sheep to the slaughter. RUN as fast as you can in the opposite direction and do not look back. So glad to be out of that.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, technology seems updated. Some people are nice. Not much else to say here, I don't recommend this place.

      Cons

      Pay is way below market for staff. Management has their own agenda. The good of the firm is not their priority. Lack of communication and teams don't work together. Sad atmosphere. Layoffs happened in October 2016 and there are rumors of more. Staff has not been made to feel safe or secure. Rumors of outsourcing jobs like secretaries and tech.

      Stepped up during COVID

      Pros

      I've worked here for a lot of years and this is the first time the management really stepped up and took care of their staff. I've been very impressed.

      Cons

      Usually the staff are treated very badly, poor raises, no communication and it is a good idea not to complain.
