Fast-paced and innovative work culture. Great opportunity to work with a creative and talented team. Open communication and direct feedback loops. Plenty of room for professional development and skill-building. Exciting projects that allow you to expand your knowledge of media and operations.

Cons

Lack of clear organizational structure can lead to confusion in responsibilities. Limited resources in certain departments can slow down project execution. Occasional high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak times. Management could improve in terms of setting long-term strategic goals.

Maybe the other people with you there are nice.

Cons

I hope people who want to apply for a job there will read it. This is the fourth round that they are recruiting people, we all got fired on a 1-day notice, and it happened 3 times before my round. Stay away from this company obviously, it's not working out and they should just give up.
