      Pros

      Fun work environment with stability and excellent communication. The employees and management make you feel welcomed no matter who you are. You do not get the Sunday scariest with this place. They take care of you (lunches, team building days, employee appreciation gifts, friendly coworkers, etc). Excellent benefits and employee discounts.

      Cons

      No remote work. Pay can be better. Very little opportunities for growth.
