The creative freedom was the highlight. I got to experiment with various design styles and tools. Regular feedback sessions helped me refine my designs and align them with the brand’s vision. The team was very collaborative, and it was easy to brainstorm ideas.

Cons

Sometimes, feedback from different stakeholders would conflict, making it hard to finalize designs. Tight deadlines during campaign launches occasionally reduced the time available for polishing visuals

Cons

A few projects had overlapping timelines, which made managing work a bit hectic. Some of the growth targets felt aggressive, which added pressure, though it was a good challenge overall.
