Pros
If you’re one of the few that are closing deals and clients like you, you will make decent money. Work from home was good as well
Cons
No trust from the management team and everyone is on pins and needles. Re-hired employee who chose to leave for competition and made them a manager who no one could trust. Leadership stabs sales performers in the back and only cares about themselves, rather than the team they are supposed to motivate.
