Pros

Benefits are decent, but that's about it. Everything else about Stockman Bank is terrible! You'd be much better off working anywhere else.

Cons

Management is too unreasonable! They make a lot of unreasonable demands, neglect to provide any support or guidance, etc., but expect employees to make zero mistakes! The salary isn't even that good, so I don't know why they have the audacity to ask so much from us!

There are opportunities to advance, just make sure you get the right connections or at least be good to your manager.

Cons

If there's anything more stressful than working as a customer service specialist, this job would be it!! Because this job also works with customers with a lot more stress and complications!! It drains your energy and your soul!!
