Pros
Full in-house marketing team including a studio for video production, name recognition and brand reputation, and nice office space.
Cons
Toxic work environment. They say one thing and do another, and no one truly cares about their employees. The management team is enabling unfair/discriminatory behavior and there is no accountability. Their goal is manipulation of people to gain what they want, and the moment you are no longer of value to them you are treated dismissively.
