      Pros

      Good environment, great product. Subarus are easy to sell.

      Cons

      Threats of being fired all the time if you don't perform in the "slow" times. The pay plan is strictly volume based, although deceiving at first. Management makes it nearly impossible to hold gross. They give everything away. Finance is an absolute mess 80% of the time. NEVER any spin money just about.
