Pros

Friendly coworkers, free lunch and breakfast once a month and if you catch it on a good day there is toilet paper in the bathroom stalls.

Cons

Please walk away from this company before its too late. The management is so disrespectful and self absorbed. It is all about making money for the management with little respect or acknowledgement of the employees. You will be expected to work 42.5 hours a week if full time and treated as if management is doing you a favor. It is family run so family comes first, even HR is family so you really can't report anything and expect a change to be made. They are not socially responsible or ethical in any manner whatsoever. It is a really difficult atmosphere to be in and you will always feel that eyes are on you watching every move you make.

Employees leave managers, not companies

Pros

My salary is pretty good compared to industry standards. We receive occasional bonuses. Breakfast or lunch is provided once a month.

Cons

The two owners and two directors do not seem to have a well defined vision and definitely do not communicate this to the employees. There is a very high employee turnover rate and the company is constantly understaffed. As a result, everyone is overworked and stressed. A lot of money is spent on equipment that is never used, while crucial equipment is not properly maintained and rigged to stay functional. Employee input is never solicited, and when it is given, it is ignored. The different departments do not work well together, there is poor communication between them, and little to no teamwork.

Pros

They give you free breakfast/lunch at least once every two weeks

Cons

Poorly managed. They seem to not care about their technicians that aren't related somehow to one of the Pharmacists. If you have an issue or concern, there is no one to address it with and have an effective outcome. There is also NO structure in training technicians. They basically wing it, and if someone messes up, they are written up for it, even if they are new and were not told otherwise. Furthermore, dispute such a case is pointless because a technicians word is worthless when you aren't a Pharmacist or aren't related to one. Lastly, every other Saturday is mandatory for the non-sterile lab, which I was not told in my interview.
