      Cool Products. Getting Better, Growing Pains

      Pros

      Great product, customers really like us. Main offices in a nice space in Stamford, hybrid work. Learning a lot and exposure to lots of parts of the business. Many new people are joining, good energy. Get to work with people in Europe and the North America.

      Cons

      Growing pains, need to work on communication. No HR in the offices so need to work with global teams. Management puts pressure to grow fast.

      …nothing at all really bad

      Cons

      Started off good three years ago. Management was changing all the time. I was working so hard 7 days a week with not one thank you. Actually was met with hostility so not sure why I was working so hard. Really bad place to work. Toxic management. They’re trying to sell the company and don’t care about longevity.
