Pros
Laid back, often a lot of down time, arriving slightly late is rarely an issue.
Cons
Scheduling is a disaster. Priority appears to be given to new employees, both in terms of number of shifts scheduled per week and better shift times. Frequently over-staffed, resulting in a lot of time sitting around, and taking few deliveries in a shift. Owner rarely present, but when he is, he likes to fly off the handle about petty things.
