      beautiful setting nice clientele independent work environment

      Only seasonal job, tough management who doesn't invest back into the property to keep it well maintained, understaffed.

      Worst boss ever. Hires you uses you then once all your ideas are used it cuts your pay, and hire another person to milk.

      Steady check so long as they don't "forget", Company was great before the owners split.

      Cons

      No overtime no matter you if work 12-14 hours a day, No benefits, Inexperienced employees are like a revolving door since they feel like they're "a dime a dozen" Work/Home balance is terrible
