- Good benefits - Good office locations - Hybrid opportunities

Cons

- No workplace culture, very old-fashioned and archaic in areas - Little to no room for promotions, no clear progression ladder - Established colleagues are favoured over more capable, newer, employees - No appreciation or understanding when dealing with tasks under pressure

Working with some lovely people.

Cons

A complete lack of transparency around pay and clear favouritism. A very old-fashioned approach, with minimal training or support. Senior staff show little interest in junior career progression. There is also a lack little engagement with EDI. Moving toward being a mid size firm without fair pay and increased hours. Avoid.

Long probation (6 months, no sick pay during) Dull offices, very bright and white Not a lot of progression for non-legal positions
