      I really like all of my coworkers, everyone is genuinely nice and people make an effort to get to know you Good benefits overall I enjoy working with fine jewelry and being involved in the creative process is fun Convenient office location with good light Everything is generally organized and well run

      Healthcare contributions could be lower I get asked to help out in areas outside of my job responsibility

      Pros

      I have a lot of responsibility and really enjoy my ability to make an impact, and have seen a lot of career progression over the years. The company is very creative and it's fun to work on new campaigns and new product launches. I also enjoy working with the team things are very collaborative and supportive.

      Cons

      There are a lot of processes in handling the jewelry that can be very time intensive and as a small company we all also have to juggle a lot of different roles.
