high turnover. this place is for profit. employees are treated horribly. patients are treated horribly. they are putting in more beds and they cant even keep the employees they have. admin spends more time targeting employees than taking care of them or the patients. pay is a joke. plan on getting attacked by a patient and then fired so they don't have to pay your medical bills. admin uses bullying tactics and HR sides with admin, so dont waste your time. you will be written up for made up infractions in retaliation. short staffed and unsafe. this place will try to steal your soul.
