The company was in a handy place.
Cons
Certain employees received special treatment and perks while others were left struggling with extra tasks. It became obvious who was in the inner circle and who wasn't. Speaking up about it just made things worse, as favoritism seemed to be an open secret. Even when people slacked off, as long as they were favorites, they were untouchable. The atmosphere turned bitter and divided.

It's a forward-looking financial institution that fulfills the needs of the community by delivering comprehensive financial services, technology, and community support.
Cons
The work environment was toxic and unhealthy. The work stress was high, expectations were insane, and there was no support for employees from the arrogant leadership. They let us struggle and took no corrective actions. It was ridiculously selfish.
