The HR team in Novi are either the most incompetent team ever or more likely, they intentionally screw over the employees. Multiple times I was told 1 thing, just to find out what I was told was wrong and then was told the conversation never happened. Due to how toxic the office culture is from things like this, I refuse to communicate with HR outside of email so everything is documented but frankly, it is a horrible environment they create. I am not the only one this has happened to either. Everyone around the Novi office discusses how this happens and can't stand the fake smiles the HR / leadership team puts on around the office. Then they wonder why they have such high turn over rates. Site leadership does nothing to fix these issues except smile at the lousy on-site "employee thank you" events they have. Sorry we treat you so bad but here is a crappy free lunch every few months but even that they lie about. Still waiting for that 2022 Christmas party they promised us back in the summer of last year.....

Too much upper management, top heavy. The workload is growing while the number of workers is not. A willingness to fire people to meet corporate targets aligned with the bonus structure.
