      Salary credit are on time.

      Leadership has no vision. They hire and fire just like that. founder can fire you without Considering the notice period and they do not even honor the terms which are there in the offer letter This company asked me to leave my well settled job to join their team but after 5 weeks, they shut down my department and i was asked to move out without any notice! I was under depression and I had suicidal thoughts because of the founder Kavish Ghatia of this company.

      They’re trying to get there but they’ve a long way to go.

      Cons

      Work life balance wasn’t up to the mark. Salary was below market standards. Internal team dynamics keep fluctuating and biases are evident. HR department is unorganised and it’s never made as to who the executives and stakeholders are from the HR department to look into concerns. It’s been a long time since I left the company but my dues are still not settled despite several follow ups.

      1. Everyone trusts you and give you the ownership to work and deliver in your own space 2. Fast growing EdTech company but values each and every employees strengths and gives you the opportunity work on your areas of improvement 3. Takes care of every employees well being 4. Salary and Incentives are on time 5. Bi-annual appraisals 6. Takes care of every individuals growth 7. has given opportunity to so many people to WFH in this pandemic when most of your friends/ family members have lost their job 8. Even during this pandemic the well being team was so supportive that they actually asked us to take a break and come back (for those who needed it) 9. The process is very structured 10. Every department is very helpful and cooperative 11. The best part is we all are aligned towards one thing that everyone should read and speak English fluently. Even one change counts

      Not many cons but just normal which I am sure you will work with any company there will be some ups and down but all together it is nice
