Great management team that compliment each other with their skills, no issue is ever too small for them and you feel at ease to raise any concerns. Very mindful of their staffs needs and take care of the little things that really mean alot especially in the current climate of WFH. Always on hand to talk through any issues and let you get on with the job . Go to great lengths to reward their staff and look out for them when/if you are having issues with a client.
Cons
None, if you are confident in your role then the Management team let you get on with your job - no micro managing. It is key for anyone to speak up if they are not happy as they do let you get on with the job at hand. I really enjoyed my time in Stoneseed and felt appreciated for the work that I completed.
