- Still traces of a former people culture. - Still some good practices of code quality. - Engaged and hardworking (small) team.
Cons
- Being absorbed by the (huge) parent company, with many drawbacks in terms of culture and few advantages. - Weak team management, prioritizing internal politics, self interest ahead of engineering team needs and interests. - Frequent urgent bad refined demands, without much planning, imposing slackening of engineering good practices.
