The people - consultative, smart, engaged consultants who know how to work hard and to have lots to smile about. A fun, wharf side office with amazing views and an office dog called Zac !

Cons

Not really any downsides to mention if I am honest - maybe an injection of updated IT infrastructure, but that will come - I am sure.

nice people to work with, all ex marketeers

Founder/owner still runs it, If you dont do it her way, you're out. You get graded on how sociable you are with other stopgappers outside of working hours and woe betide if you happen to have other interests. You even get phoned up when you''re off sick to do some work, etc. I moved to another recruiter and am MUCH happier.
