      Good benefits package and flexibility in how work is completed

      Cons

      Tons of last-minute pivots. Everything is an emergency that must happen at that very moment. Leadership constantly pivots on what the company is focusing on and who they want to sell to. One day it's healthcare and next week it's media companies.
