The team is super supportive and genuinely lovely to work with, which makes a big difference day to day. I really enjoy the down to earth, relaxed vibe across the team. I’ve also seen a lot of people grow and move up within the business, which is really encouraging. It feels like if you put in the effort, there are opportunities to develop and progress.
