Do not recommend. Great people but low pay and management issues

Pros

Stord has an amazing set of employees within its network. Very smart, hardworking & dedicated individuals.

Cons

Pay is extremely low in comparison to other companies and the workload expected. C-suite is a boys club of who knows who. No training included in onboarding, no matter the department. There is absolutely no uniformity across the network at all. Each site runs & operates differently. Lots of leaders with absolutely no people management experience which leads to lots of finger pointing and no real resolution or plan for scaling. Stord is not built on a solid foundation but more so high school mentality of favorites.

-Fast-paced startup environment with benefits like catered lunch, swag, anniversary/birthday gifts, etc. -Collaborative environment with open work area.

Cons

-Grew too quickly and had several layoffs once they figured out what the business turned out to be. -Upper management was a boy's club.
