Pros
Culture varies based on the company you work for, but I can say that the company I’m in at store no 8 is amazing. It has the security of a big company like Walmart but the environment of a startup.
Cons
Because it’s a startup, it varies a lot. There’s a lot of work and sometimes that work ends up being disorganized because things change fast.

Had some very exciting project to work on. People are very intelligent and great to work with.
Cons
Walmart ended Store No. 8 out of nowhere and the project I was working on that previous to Store 8 was also ended after a year
