      Bad experience of onboarding process

      hybrid working arrangements (only mon & tue work from office)

      Cons

      The company's poor onboarding process raised several red flags for me. I was left unattended for one hour, then another later on, without a proper place to wait while waiting for HR. They asked me to move from one place to another. Due to this bad first impression, I decided to resign within the same day.
