Pros

the customers are wonderful, the job is not too difficult but challenging

Cons

Lack of support from upper management, constantly raising rates at their facilities by 6% every 6 months making it difficult to keep customers. Ownership not wanting to maintain the properties but blame things on Facility managers such as leaks in roof's that have not been properly sealed in years.

Everyone in management are friends and there is no HR so if you have a problem good luck getting it resolved!

Pros

You get a "Free apartment." (But that is just another thing for them to use against you) you get holidays off.

Cons

Sets unrealistic goals, then botch the #s to impress investors. They mess with time clocks so they don't have to pay over time. Management is rude, they don't do their jobs then expect you to pick up the slack. The only time they act like they care is when an investor is coming to visit. You never get all your vacation time bc there is not enough coverage. Doesn't matter how good of an employee you are it goes unappreciated. I could go on and on but I think you get it. Save your time, go elsewhere.

Pros

This position gave me priceless experience. It afforded me near to complete autonomy to manage a multi-million dollar business at a Class A Facility in an often fast-paced business. I understand the company continues to grow so opportunities for upward growth would certainly be likely for performance driven individuals. Upper management was always a pleasure to work with and I was motivated to give them my highest level of performance. I received a competitive salary, bonuses, and even housing + utilities.

Cons

Those who are not self-starters will have difficulty with this position. If you are looking to watch the clock and collect a paycheck, you will struggle.
